Mountain Projects Head Start/Early Head Start in Haywood and Jackson Counties is seeking a Family Service Coordinator to work comprehensively in recruiting and enrolling children in the Head Start program. The family service worker will ensure the Head Start program services and community resources are available to enrolled children and their families. The position identifies and assists families in promoting family wellness and encouraging parent engagement within the program.
Qualifications Include:
4 year degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Services, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
Experience working with children and families
Experience with Head Start or Early Head Start preferred
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong computer and documentation skills
