Finance Department

The purpose of the Finance Department is to maintain a sound financial management system that enables the agency to meet all Federal, State, and Local guidelines and regulations. The agency operates within the guidelines of OMB Uniform Guidance. The Finance Department’s goal is accurate and timely financial information that provides the ability to monitor fiscal activities, assess costs, and establish full accountability by internal management to the Board of Directors, funding sources, and the public. The Finance department is staffed by four employees who are responsible for an agency budget of over 13 million dollars annually and is located at the administrative office in Waynesville, NC.
