We are proud to celebrate an achievement by our Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8 ) team! Mountain Projects has received a perfect score on the 2025 SEMAP evaluation from HUD, earning 135 out of 135 possible points and achieving HUD High Performer status in every category.
SEMAP (Section Eight Management Assessment Program) evaluates Housing Choice Voucher programs annually across 14 key indicators, including inspections, timely recertifications, leasing, Family Self-Sufficiency participation, and more.
