Thank you for applying for Mountain Projects affordable housing support. Our housing division is Smoky Mountain Housing Partnership and our team works with households who have experienced loss of their homes due to weather events through Homes for Hope; we provide financial and housing counseling in support of affordable housing purchases and we manage a Self-Help Housing program with the support of the USDA.

SMHP staff and the Homes for Hope team review applications on a first come first served basis. We prioritize applicants by the date and time stamp of submissions. If you have questions about the process or if you haven’t heard back about your application, please call the office: 828-452-1447.
