1. Volunteer Recruitment & Referral
   Recruits and refers volunteers to human service, government, educational and cultural organizations in Haywood County.
2. Campus Community Connection
   Facilitates the recruitment and placement of college students as volunteers.
3. Recognition
   Acknowledges contributions of community volunteers by coordinating annual recognition events.
4. Consultation and Training
   Provides seminars, workshops, individual consultation and technical assistance to non-profit organizations on volunteerism and volunteer management.
5. Community Education
   Provides speakers on volunteerism to organizations, churches, businesses and schools.
