Projected move-in date is December 2006. To qualify, you must be elderly (62 years or older) or certified disabled by a health care professional. The maximum family income limit is $16,650.

THMO is a tax credit project being built with funding secured by Mountain Projects, Inc. This project is the end result of tremendous efforts put forth by MPI, GEM Management and the governing officials of Jackson County.

Each apartment consists of a large living room, kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom and dining area. All units are equipped with heat pump and air conditioning.

An on-site clubhouse is centrally located for the convenience of all the residents. It includes a large community room, kitchenette, laundry facilities and the GEM Management office

There are 24 one bedroom apartments which have been specifically designed to accommodate the needs of the lower income elderly and disabled residents of our area.

All 24 units are rent subsidized through the Section 8 program of the US Dept of Housing and Urban Development. Many thanks to the Jackson County Housing Authority for supplying these vouchers.
